Ottawa’s Third Annual Clay Festival Returns on May 2 to 4, 2025
The Ottawa Clay Festival is back this Spring with pottery sales, juried exhibitions, and live demonstrations! From May 2 to 4, 2025, you can dive into the world of clay for free at the Horticulture Building at Lansdowne Park.
On Day 1, the festival kicks off at 3 PM with the Spring Pottery Sale, featuring a variety of handmade crafts from local artists. The shops will be open throughout the weekend, giving you enough time to scour for unique finds.
Don’t miss the annual juried exhibition, which takes place from 5 PM to 9 PM. It’s a great opportunity to discover your new favorite artisans.

Over the weekend, there will be more activities for families to enjoy. We can’t wait to get down and dirty behind the wheel and, hopefully, create pottery we can use.
Even kids will have something to do at the festival. There will be a clay table for little hands, where they can play and create unique trinkets to their heart’s content.
Admission to Ottawa’s Clay Festival is free for all.
