Ottawa Children’s Choir Gears Up for Sing-a-thon 2025
Ottawa Children’s Choir is celebrating Sing-a-thon, an annual chorister-driven fundraiser, on March 1, 2025, at the National Arts Center. The concert will start at 10 AM and end at noon without any intermissions.
The fundraiser, on the other hand, kicked off a few weeks ago and is still ongoing. It will end on the day of the concert.
OCC’s goal is to raise $25,000, which will be used to support its overall operations in the coming months.
This year, the donations will cover fees for professional pianists who will attend each rehearsal. These seasoned musicians are expected to assist the conductors and teach the choristers a variety of musical skills.

Admission to Sing-a-thon is free for all. While donations are encouraged, they are not required to enter the event.
